Shipping Policy

1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you provided (home, work or a drop point)

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is confirmed to our representative, it will take 4-6 business days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep.

3. How much are shipping costs?

PKR 200 will be charged on order value of less than PKR 1,500. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 1,500 in Pakistan.

4. What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards and cash on delivery

5. Which courier will deliver the order?

We work with trusted courier companies. When the order leaves our warehouse we will send you an e-mail with the courier information with tracking details.

6. What happens if I’m not at home when the order is delivered?

Before making the delivery, Courier Company will get in touch with you to ensure your availability. You will also receive an SMS from the courier stating the payable amount. It is vital that you are present at home for cash on delivery and self-collection. In case of absence, any designated person/ family member can receive the parcel.
